This place is situated near the quieter part of the city center, but it's still close to the lively nightlife, pubs, and restaurants. It's great for those who want to be near the action but also have some peace and quiet.

I found here real hospitality, would recommend staying here to anyone. New apartment in Ayia Napa, so close toa night club. Helpful and kind staff, and the best owner ever. You can use a safe box, multi-channel TV and a microwave...

The room was spotlessly clean, equipped with brand new utensils and appliances, and the spacious and sparkling clean bathroom with a rain shower was a dream. The location was perfect for a night out, close to everything I needed. The staff, especially Maria, went above and beyond to make me feel at home and provided exceptional service that I have never experienced before. Highly recommend this place!

We got great value for our money at Caramela Luxury Apts. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Luna Park and beach from our balcony. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the restaurants in the center. The level of noise from the surrounding clubs made it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the internet in the sitting room TV and the sauna needed to be addressed by the staff.

The manager went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and even refunded our money after the first night. Maria and Chara, the staff members, were exceptional and provided a heartfelt and memorable service. The rooms were spacious and thanks to Male's care, they were also kept clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated having a microwave in the room. The privacy in the spa and wellness facilities was a unique experience that we enjoyed.
